PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Masters of the Sea was designed to transport guests into the atmosphere of a traditional British pub, creating a warm and immersive experience that feels far removed from its cruise ship setting aboard MSC Europa.

Rich dark timbers, deep green and burgundy leathers, bold patterned carpet, herringbone flooring and intricate tiling were layered throughout the venue, drawing from the classic finishes often associated with traditional pubs. All elements were carefully considered to work together seamlessly rather than relying on one standout feature. A unique highlight within the venue is the onboard distillery, visible behind glass and offering guests the opportunity to tour the space, adding another layer of experience and theatre to the design.
